Estol's Hair

A stop-motion puppet for experimental animation. I'm bad at sewing, so her costume looks terrible, but I'm very proud of the hair. I made it out of feathers, glue and plastic wrap. It was way too poofy, so I mixed glue and water, and combed it in with an eyebrow brush. Looks a lot better now, but the color is uneven. I should have dyed the feathers before I glued them to the head! Oh well.

Now all she needs is lower arms, hands and eyes.

By the way, the fingers can bend! They only have one joint, but they bend!

Soon I hope to learn how to make better armatures for puppets, but this will do for the one project.
